About Crew Pacific

Crew Pacific was originally established in 2001 by Owner/Operator Joy Weston. Crew Pacific is a recruitment and training agency, which specialises in servicing the needs of the International and National super yacht industry. Crew Pacific is based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia and provides crew to Super yachts throughout the world both Motor and Sail, sizes ranging from 20 -173m.

Crew Pacific Steward/ess training courses are one of only three courses recognised in the world by the International Super yacht industry.

Crew Pacific offers the following training courses:

• Crew Pacific’s two day super yacht induction course
• 5 & 8 Day Super Yacht Internationally recognised Steward/ess course

Complementing the other services Crew Pacific manages the only Crew House “Accommodation” in Australia and South East Asia, which offers a base to yacht crew completing refits in Cairns and trainees searching for employment opportunities within the International Super yacht industry. Crew Pacific realises the special needs for Owners and Captains when placing specialised and experienced crew, whether it is for full time, seasonal or temp positions.
